How to make
Ingredients
- 4 slices (1/2 inch/1 cm thick)Crusty French bread
- 2 tbsp (25 mL)Olive oil
- 4 slicesPC Splendido Prosciutto
- Half pkg (200 g pkg)Gorgonzola Dolce Soft Blue-Veined Cheese
- 4 piecesSoft Dried Fruit
- 1 cup (250 mL)Baby arugula
- Pinch (0.5 mL)Each salt and black pepper
How to make
- Step 1Arrange 1 rack in top third of oven; preheat broiler to high.
- Step 2Brush both sides of bread with 4 tsp of the oil; arrange on baking sheet. Broil, turning once, until toasted, about 4 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Step 3Arrange prosciutto over bread, dividing evenly and overlapping prosciutto to fit. Top with cheese and figs, dividing evenly. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbling, 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Step 4Toss together arugula, remaining oil and the salt and pepper in bowl.
- Step 5Arrange tartines on serving platter; top with arugula, dividing evenly.
